Morning and night routine:
Step 1 - Pre-cleansing oil
Step 2 - Cleansing gel
Step 3 - AVST Moisturiser 1

There is the option to purchase AVST 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. AVST 2-5 may be used when skin is comfortable with AVST Moisturiser 1, we recommend using a minimum of 2-3 bottles per step.  If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, remain on AVST Moisturiser 1 until you have finished.

Mild Cleansing Lotion: This luxurious, moisturising cream cleanser gently lifts surface impurities while maintaining the effects of the skin's natural moisture balance. It rinses off easily, leaving skin feeling gently refreshed and conditioned. AVST 1 Moisturiser: This Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1 is the first vitamin A moisturiser in the Skin EssentiA® Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™. It contains a low concentration of vitamin A in the form of Retinyl Palmitate, as well as vitamin C and antioxidants.
